Obituary

Deborah Richitelli of North Haven peacefully entered eternal rest in Yale New Haven Hospital on January 9, 2014 surrounded by those she cared for most. She is the loving spouse of Lisa Garrison. Sister of Patricia (Charles) Mazzabufi and John R. Richitelli. She was a beloved sister-in-law who is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great niece and nephews.
Deborah was born in New Haven April 7, 1955 to the late John V. and Dorothy Spagone Richitelli. She had worked as a supervisor for 12 years at the Eaton Corporation and later as a Courier and SAL at FedEx for 25 years. She loved music, animals and sports and was a fan of the New York Yankees, Giants and UCONN basketball.
Deborah's family would like to express their gratitude to the staff on the 14th Floor at Smilow for the wonderful care and compassion they extended to them as well as the staff at the Willows in Woodbridge for the care they gave her.
Her funeral will leave the IOVANNE FUNERAL HOME, INC. 11 Wooster Pl. Monday morning at 11 for a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael's Church at 11:30. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Visiting hours will be Monday morning from 9-11. In lieu of flowers contributions in Deborah's memory may be made to Animal Haven 89 Mill Rd. North Haven, CT 06473.
